Bodyweight Workout

This is a short bodyweight workout I put together, involving 12 exercises to work your upper body, lower body, cardiovascular system and core.

The video itself shows the exercises completed in a full circuit of 12 exercises, however you could easily just take 2 of the exercises and do them back to back 4 times for a quick 5 minute workout. Or just do the 3 upper body exercises in a circuit 4 times for a quick 10 minute blast of that part of your body.
