This is a workout I've put together that requires no equipment, and which can be done at home whether you've 10, 20 or 30 minutes to spare.
There are a few materials I've created to help you complete this workout properly:
1. There's a full 6 minute video showing the 12 exercises, with commentary from me for extra guidance.
2. There is a printable PDF of the exercises in order, including repetitions, timing, etc with space to write your personal best and targets for next time.
3. There is a downloadable spreadsheet of the Progress Chart too, which you could have on your phone to update reps, personal bests and targets too.
