What is 'Hybrid' Training/Coaching

I offer 'Hybrid' Training/Coaching because not everyone necessarily NEEDS to train WITH me in-person a couple of times every week to make progress.

If you already have some home training equipment or are a member of a gym, then Hybrid training/coaching can be ideal because you get:

An initial 1-hour session with me in my studio to discuss your goals, needs, run through a custom training program and get clarity on how to make progress.

Custom training, diet and lifestyle programs from me to work off each month. You then train at home or in the gym in your own time.

Weekly check-ins to keep you on track, overcoming hurdles and making progress (plus 24/7 access to me for questions during the week).

A monthly live coaching call to discuss program tweaks and the next month's goals.

Hybrid Training/Coaching can also be more cost-effective compared to full in-person training sessions as it costs £149 per month (compared to £290 per month for two personal training sessions each week).
