How often do clients train with you? 1-2 times per week depending on goals and current activity levels
How long do sessions last? Studio sessions last 30 minutes - short, focused and effective - we can do a lot in 30 minutes believe me ;-)
How much do sessions cost? Sessions are purchased in ‘Blocks’ of 5 or 10. 10 Sessions costs £290.
Do you provide diet plans? I provide diet/nutrition guidelines to help you eat more healthily and lose weight (if needed) around your current eating habits and food preferences – NO WEIRD DIETS!
What do we do in the sessions? Sessions are based on resistance/strength training (nothing too hardcore don’t worry…) to improve your body shape, targeted core work, and short bursts of cardiovascular training, to burn calories and build ‘running for a bus fitness’ 😉
